All Dolls are shipped Insured through via U.S. Post Office or UPS.

If no shipper is specified, dolls will be shipped UPS ground. 

There is a $5.00 handling fee for each doll ordered.

All dolls are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment and/or clearing of your personal check. 

**Payment for dolls and shipping/handling are due with order form in cashier's check,

bank check, personal check *** or U.S. Postal Money Order ONLY.

* California residents add sales tax for your county.

** Please make all checks payable to : SANDRA DURHEIM

*** All personal checks must clear before your product is shipped.

Please allow 8 - 10 days additional for your personal check to clear.

1.) A RETURN AUTHORIZATION MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE RETURNING PRODUCTS

2.) SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

3.) REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION OF RETURNED MERCHANDISE

4.) ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT FREIGHT PRE-PAID

5.) CARRIER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
